Physical evaluation to review your past medical history and obtain blood work as necessary. This evaluation will include bloodwork cost, phlebotomy cost by medical assistant, evaluation and physical by physician in the comfort of your home or office.

Whether it be dry skin, acne, facial wrinkles, or just starting a treatment plan to avoid the signs of aging on your face, we have an easy to follow regimen with in-home monitoring by Dr. McKreith to optimize results. $100 portion of initial consultation fee will be put towards first procedure scheduled at initial visit. Procedures include Injection of Neuromodulators (such as Xeomin or Botox), facial fillers, mild facial chemical peel, facial microneedling, PRP (plasma rich protein) facial therapy and injections.

Initial evaluation for new patients and occurs only once per patient. It is required to have an initial physical evaluation to review your past medical history and obtain blood work to determine if HRT therapy is safe and beneficial for you. This evaluation will include bloodwork cost, phlebotomy cost by medical assistant, evaluation and physical by physician in the comfort of your home or office.

This evaluation does not include subsequent procedure cost of HRT insertions. For men, each insertion costs $800. Men usually require 2-3 insertions per year. Female insertion costs $400. Women usually require 3-4 insertions per year. The insertion costs include bloodwork and phlebotomist coming to your home or office for convenient and private blood sample. 

I have the capability to administer several tests per day, schedule recurring visits, and offer flexible corporate rates depending on company size.  Discounts available for 5 + persons.

Standard PCR Test
This standard nasal viral PCR lab test can determine if you are currently infected with COVID-19. Results available within 2-3 days.

Rapid Antigen Test
This nasal swab test detects viral proteins and can determine if you are currently infected with COVID-19. Results available in 15 minutes.
